just a sec, finding my papers out. Okay, I had dealings with them a couple of years ago, in fact its still ongoing. I was in a road accident and after suffering concussion was left with double vision. Eventually I went into the local NHS hospital to have the muscles of my right eye shortened to bring it in line with the left eye. A large blue arrow was drawn on my forehead pointing to the injured right eye. About an hour later the surgeon came into the waiting room, changed the arrow to my good left eye, and said that he would operate on the
good eye to bring it in line with the bad eye, confused, I was, and a bit worried.Anyway the op made my vision worse and I have since had to make due with corrective specs. I was advised by C.A.B. to contact HPC, I did and I am now under a private specialist at no cost to me. They are a bit slow but are very professional. They have also put me in touch with some solicitors re claiming compensation. As I say, they are very good but they don't rush themselves.
Can't give any more details as the matter id sub judicae
i dont
