If you continue to "hold it", the toxins which your body is trying to eliminate - will back up into your system. First you will be extremely miserable and sick. And if you keep it up - you will die.

Oh, I want to clarify that TYPICALLY the risk of it going as far as death, tends to be for those who CAN'T eliminate due to medical reasons, etc. - not those who WON"T. Trying deliberately to kill yourself this way, is about as difficult as trying to suffocate one's self. Involuntary survival reflexes will kick in and stop you.

i only toilet (number 2) on wednesday for odd reasons linked to mental health but my problems linked to this are massive
