If you are admitted into the critical care unit how bad do you have to be?
pretty bad. Critical care unit patience need to be watched 24/7. that is why they are in critical care or just getting out of the operating room.

in grave condition enough that you are not stable. bp is either to high or low, temp height or low, there are many variables.
