If food or drinks pass thru the X-ray scanner, does it harm them so that will be harmful for health?
No affect at all.
In much the same way as putting food in a microwave does.
Most things you can safely eat or drink don't absorb enough or are not changed enough to make them directly harmful, but the more exposure there is and the larger the mass being exposed, the greater the risk.
So, a flash x-ray such as a diagnostics machine would be safe, but sustained exposure like those used at an airport could last long enough to make it worth tossing out the food. (just to be safe)
