bumby noses r nice. you shouldnt be ashamed of your face, you should love it and take care of it, people who get surgery are not keeping themselves healthy like your supposed to. think about it, would you rather be healthy or pretty/handsome?
sorry but you can't, lots of people have them you just need to get comfortable in your own skin.
I'm assuming you mean a bump in the bridge of your nose... and you can't. That bump is made of bone and cartilage, so short of surgically removing it, there is nothing that can be done.
